Bio
Pieter Lowe Victor began drawing cartoons during his military training where, while training to be an engineer, he contributed cartoons to the annual magazine. In 1982, he contributed cartoons to the Ladysmith Gazette, and in 1983 he joined the South African Police and became the full time graphic artist for their newspaper, Servamus. P.L. Victor also illustrates books with Pieter Pieterse and designs advertisements.
