Biography
Simon Seisa is a cartoonist with Mmegi, one of Botswana’s leading newspapers. He is reported to have opted for the pseudonym Selfu because in addition to being a cartoonist at Mmegi, he was a civil servant and could not freely publish controversial content. Before his recent retirement, he worked with the Department of Broadcasting Services in Botswana. His cartoons which are mostly political are always signed “Selfu”. He is also said to work as an actor.
