Biography
Manuel Julio is the twin brother of Fernando Julio, both cartoonists. Manuel and his brother started cartooning from the tender age of 11,in 1968. From the classroom to the local market, through the daily life of the district and the football arena, the brothers caricatured important figures and personalities and gradually transformed the work into album works.
